Operational Risk

• Operational risks defined with a system to assure robust control and response barriers:

  • - Risk management tool live and updated monthly
  • - Major risks identified and mitigation actions defined for prioritization

• Working towards 100% compliance of the three sites in respect to planned maintenance and inspection

  • - Risk assessment of any outstanding planned maintenance and inspection
  • - Wells and Facilities improvement plan to be documented in 1H 2021

• Safety management systems in place and embedded in day to day operations:

  • - ISO (9001 - 45001 - 14001) accreditation planned in Q1 2020
  • - Close liaison with industry regulators : HSE, OGA, EA and MPA
• Planned well intervention activities to be taken undertaken according to best practice for risk management
