Garry held directorships and executive leadership positions in the BP, ENI/Saipem and Worley across oil and gas, energy and technology sectors, including SVP Global BD, CTO, and Corporate Engineering/Technical Authority. He was also previously a Director at Opensource SI Capital, a full-service stockbroker specialising in the capital markets activity of small cap. mining and energy sectors. He played key roles in pre-IPO financing, M&A, IPOs and project development finance. Garry’s balance of financial, commercial and technical expertise spans project appraisal, structuring, equity/debt financing, and governance of project delivery and asset operation.
Garry is a graduate engineer  from Imperial College.

Michael has 30+ years of experience in oil and gas asset evaluation, valuation and development; working over a wide geographical range as a reservoir engineer and technical expert with IOCs, independents and various tier-one consultancies. He has a track record of increasing reserves through reservoir and facilities study, bringing challenging oil, gas and gas-condensate fields to production, performing problematic reservoir and simulation studies, providing critical insightful advice on acquisition and development projects, and staff mentoring and training [BEng, MSc, LLM, PhD].

Simon has been an investor in BritNRG since 2021 and has fulfilled several UK operational roles for the group before his appointment as a Managing Director of Blackland Park Exploration in May 2024. Simon focus is UK operating excellence, legal compliance and technology sales. Prior to that Simon worked in various international leadership engineering roles for WorleyParsons and ENI/Saipem across the oil and gas sector and has 25+ years’ experience. Simon brings deep experience in facilities engineering and intimate knowledge of group UK operations and maintenance (O&M) to the group board. Simon is accountable for UK O&M budgeting and performance.

Simon is graduate civil engineer (BEng) from Kingston University and has achieved designation of Chartered engineer (CEng) & European engineer (EUR ING).
